Shame though with all the potential this game has. No point they know about the issues on each platform, they just don't fix it. Possibly a freeze could happen in one of those background programs rather than PR4. Windows 10 can have a lot of additional programs also loaded into your RAM and operating/running that you do not realize are there. It might not work, but it might work and keep the game running for you. Give it a try (exiting Task Manager without suspending anything), it just might work for you. your most recent save game file (usually).
